I have relished every stage of my life: Singer, Teacher, Mother, Folk Musician, Creator, Recording Artist, Grandmother.
At last, I am in my author stage! I write stories about growth and healing, with Christian adult readers in mind.
Currently, I am focusing on historical fiction. Previously was Scott’s Choice, a nonfiction bestseller about how my husband’s cancer journey shaped him.
My aim in Walking with Emma is to make her a real person, not just a name on a genealogy sheet. Many say they appreciate her story because it’s reminiscent of their ancestor’s story, and the researched details bring the journeys to life.
As whispers of a Zion across the ocean reach her London home, Emma faces a choice: remain bound by duty and fear, or cross into a future filled with both peril and promise. This is a heartfelt tale of sisterhood, sacrifice, and courage.
